1. Name : The name of the club shall be, "AMBITIONS 4 PHOTOGRAPHY CLUB"
2. Address of the Club : The Registered Address of the Club shall be:

Chennai 600 018.
3. Objects/Mission of the Club :
a) To promote photographic art and skills through the friendly exchange of knowledge, competitions, workshops, lectures, exhibitions, tours and critiquing for the benefit of the individual, club, and community.
b) To provide an atmosphere which promotes creative photography and an expansion of individual photographic knowledge to every one interested in photography including the alumni students.
c) To do all acts and deeds which are necessary and incidental for the attainment of the aforesaid objects for the benefit of the Club.
4. Member : Membership is open to anyone 18 years or older who is interested in the art of photography. The membership fee of Rs.1000/- every year, need to be paid to continue as a member of a club. Members joining any time in between will pay full price. The membership is valid for one year unto 31st March of the year. The member is a part of the club who has to volunteer in all the activities of the club in co-ordination with the elected officers of the club through out the year.
The amount fixed as Annual membership fee can be revised from time to time as the working committee deems it fit
The right of admitting a person as a member of the club is reserved and the club has no obligation to explain the reason for denying membership.
5. Entrance fee : Every member shall pay an entrance fee of Rs.100/- at the time of admission as a member
6. Meeting venue & Timetable : The meeting of the club will be held on the third Friday of every month at 6.00 pm in the Ambitions 4 Photography Academy premises. Times are approximate and may be adjusted by those members in attendance.
