I like the way the classes have been conducted. Including theory and practical classes. I have actually enquired for classes before which finishes in 4 days. I learned a lot about photography after studying in Ambitions 4. Thank you Ambitions.
Overall it was a nice experience. learning about photography and its aspects. I was having a different perspective about photography before joining this course and I was under impression that person having good camera and good lenses will get good photo. I learned that the passion towards photography will make good photo and i strongly believe what KL says , Camera is just CAPTURING DEVICE. Thank you. I take this note and move forward.

The Photojournalism & Documentary workshop conducted by Mr.Sudharak Olwe is an everlasting experience that honed our skills not only in the field of Photojournalism but also in Photography to it\'s entirety. On the process, I have learnt that dedication and anticipation are not two individual entities but are brothers in arms. Devout to one and the other will fall in place. I would also like to thank Mr. K.L. Raja Ponsing for his support and the entire Ambitions4 family for organizing such a wonderful event to behest on us. I hope many such workshops are conducted frequently.

The session held on 25th and 26th of Feb for photojournalism and documentary photography was really useful. It was a pleasure to meet a renowned photojournalist like Mr.Sudharak Olwe. Considering the details that Raja sir had given the previous class the image I had was totally different as compared to what I saw. Mr.Olwe was absolutely down to earth and the way he handled the session was really good.
It did not feel like a workshop,it just felt like a bunch of students having a discussion.
I got a good insight into what photojournalism is and I was amazed at the fact that I had learnt to see the world a bit differently than before. Its indeed true that to be a good photographer one has to be a good person first and that was very clearly brought out during the sessions with Mr.Olwe.
The koyambedu and Lloyds road photowalks were the highlights as I got to see so much of activities which I would not have noticed otherwise. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Raja sir and Ambitions 4 academy for giving me this golden chance and also thanks to Mr.Sudharak Olwe who spent his valuable time sharing his experiences.

Rarely they teach. But cant share an experience. At Ambitions it is all about shared experience.

More than 20 of my pictures got published in last 37 days, and one picture on the front page as well.I’m enjoying every single moment of my time here and the best thing is I get to shoot every day.
Thanks you so much for everything. Give my regards to Mrs. Ponsing as well as the entire staff member.

Hi Sir,
The field trips to Gingee fort and Kanchipuram was simply amazing ... It was organized at a time when many of us felt that we needed to celebrate - as a group - the initial completion of unit 3 ... Echoing the sentiments of the class many felt that learning was not only restricted to applying the techniques of photography and shooting aesthetically on locations ... On a personal front, both the trips in total helped me working in different groups, understanding and appreciating the differences in the working styles of the people, socializing with the local people both at Senji and Kanchipuram and also to know more about my batchmates ... Thanks a lot sir and we hope we did justice to the field trips ...

I am Aishwarya. The basic photography student from last batch. I am currently in Singapore, pursuing my masters degree (MA Design) at LASALLE College of the Arts. It has been a fantastic experience so far and im sure it will continue to be so. Since I study in an arts institution, the exposure and opportunities are very wide. I am now able to experience all my likings and interests in the same place as the college encourages cross disciplinary studies and there are courses in design, fine arts and performing arts such as drama, dance and music. All this in turn gives me amazing opportunities for photography too.
All said and done, I am missing our ‘Ambitions classes’ and group shoots so much sir. Wish my ‘Ambitions days’ would come back. It was inspiring working with you and your team and the photo enthusiasts of my class. I would not have been able to gain a solid foundation in photography if not for you and Ambitions.
Thank you Sir.

Raja sir has absolutely no airs and never once burdened the students with a “professional attitude”. I have bright memories of his lectures, especially the presentation on ‘composition’ and ‘filters’. He was so articulate and animate- like a child playing with his toys. Pure Joy..!. More personalized guided tours of a chosen location would be really good.
A better course material with illustrative pictures would be good. Just Rock on! Keep your mission alive!
A big thumps up for KLR and Ambitions.

The \"Course\" itself is what I liked. Very articulate and to the point, very meticulously planned course flow ( not too complicated and easy to learn for beginners especially)

\"We have identified Ambitions 4 Photography Academy as one of the centers that could offer Canon certified short term and long term courses in digital photography. We want to make photography as high involvement activity through such courses. With more youngsters showing interest in the field, good training become all the more important. Canon is therefore being very careful in choosing institutes to partner. This initiative is aimed at educating and training those who intent to perusing photography as something more than a hobby.\"

I am very much proud to be your student and you are my GURU.
Ambitions4 is a family of talented professionals, the relationship with the teacher and student is really amazing; we can\'t get this type of bonded relationships from colleges & Universities. We have not only learned Photography, but more of Knowledge sharing and relationships. I have learnt a lot from my Ambitions4 and you.

Systematic approach towards the course. Excellent delivery of the topics and interaction. Detailed teaching which injected as a systematic way. Blessed to have a master like Mr.Raja Ponsing. There are a very few in the teaching profession who had devoted their time like this. The class is mixture of professionals to non-professionals but, the course reached everyone almost same. That is the (one of the) achievement of ‘Ambitions4’ Photography Academy.

Way of teaching was very casual and friendly. Normally people don’t start from the basics (that too in photography) but I have got a chance to learn through Ambitions4 which gives you strength in what you really love to do. The best thing is you have good people here to help you out in your career.

After learning Basic Photography from Ambitions 4 Photography Academy, it totally changed the way I look at things. Out of the blue everything started looking interesting and beautiful.
I might learn the technical fundoo stuff from other sources like the net and books … But, I am convinced that no one would have transferred me the spirit and purpose of photography as Mr.KL.Raja Ponsing, my guru, did to me… It might look as if I have over drawn the worth of my guru. But, I want to emphasize the fact that there are very few teachers like Mr.Ponsing.

I am writing this letter to convey and express my grateful thanks for conducting a photography workshop at Salem on ‘Basics of Digital Photography’ on 20th Oct.2005. This work shop is very impressive, educative, well supported by suitably designed tutorials.
Next in my view, no person other than Shri.KL.Raja Ponsing, could have conducted it better. His efficiency, knowledge on the subject is very good. His presentation, expression and interaction with the participants are to be appreciated a lot.

The classes were conducted in an organized way. The visual Aids are really great. So much of hard work and preparation for a day’s lecture! Experienced photographer, Mr.KL.Raja Ponsing handles the classes. Especially the voice we hear resonates even when I take a picture out… The lecture leaves a print in our mind. Wish to see “Ambitions4” to become a college for photography soon in next few years.
